Africa the new frontier hub of technology

During the 8th African Union Summit which took place in Addis Ababa on
29 and 30 January 2007, the Heads of State and Government decided to
launch a competition for the selection of a new flag for the Union.
They prescribed a green background for the flag symbolising hope of
Africa and stars to represent Member States. An invention involves an

Hope can take the Glory of God unto the Hurting World?

Hope is a feeling of expectation and desire for a particular thing to happen.Bible hope is a desire based on a promise from God. This promise communicates the possibility of God’s blessing to the individual and encourages the soul.Today many people are anxious and even fearful and some have lost hope. The difficult economy ,the loss of jobs, violence and natural disasters has broken their hopes and dreams.Every where we look ,we see things going wrong ,wars ,famine, earthquakes and human suffering. The Permanent members of Security council are the biggest suppliers of military hardware but they preach peace with left hand whilst the right hand is busy  destroying the same peace.lets preach unity in Syria,Israel ,Ukraine ,Somalia and Palestine not war.Lets respect humanity. If you imagine people who are dying premature deaths because of wars  .May be those people were going to be the solutions to World problems and restore hope which global community have lost.No country trust each each other.God created heaven and earth and put Man to be charge of the earth using the world system to run it.People are now turning against each other e.g country A against country B ,tribe against tribe ,religion against religion.Innocent people being slaughtered like chickens because of religion difference in some countries.

Some other people mistakenly believe they feel better or act better or are only happy when on drugs. This is just a delusion.Sooner or later the drugs will destroy them physically.Discourage people from taking drugs.People who take alcohol are not alert. It impairs their ability to react even when it seems to them they are more alert because of it.Drinking can take lives in more ways than one.Sex is the means by which the race projects itself into the future through children and the family.A lot of pleasure and happiness is believed can come from sex:nature intended it that way so the race would go on.But misused or abused ,it carries with it heavy penalties and punishments.Be faithful to your sexual partner.Unfaithfulness on the part of a sexual partner can reduce heavily reduce one’s survival .History and the newspapers carry floods of instances of the violence of human passions aroused by unfaithfulness and others loosing their lives.”Guilt” is the milder evil ,jealousy and vengeance are the monsters. It is very well to speak of being civilized and understanding.A feeling of guilt is nowhere near as sharp as knife in the back or ground glass in the soup.If you don’t insist upon faithfulness from a sexual partner you lay yourself open to disease.

l want to know ,are you ready to take the glory  of God unto the hurting world. Psalms 25vs3 Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause. The World through science ,politics and market places economics has promised so much and delivered so little but there is hope that never disappoints and never fades. The only thing which operates from your inner man called hope is boosting your faith that one day it shall be OK.

Is Church a building,Who is fooling who?

What is the church? Is the church a building? Is it the place where believers gather to worship? Or is the church the people—the believers who follow Christ? How we understand and perceive the church is quite important in determining how we live out our faith.Matthew 16:16–18 Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” And Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven. And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.What is now wrong with church of today?

Some people have that  Something special that sets them apart. Then are the few God sets apart to reach nations-like Biblical Abraham,Joseph,Elijah,Paul. The twentieth first century has brought us several of these God chosen people and also wolves hiding in this God
chosen vessels anointing. We have the God chosen vessels called  of the Lord raised in our generation to declare the word of God with great power and anointing. The purpose of the anointing is there to give the strength of God in Man and to do the ministry of God. What is
happening today is people are looking to the Spirit to do something miraculous that the Scripture states we already have. What really breaks the yoke or any kind of bondage or habit of sin in our lives is to simply obey and walk by the Spirit and not by the flesh and one
will find freedom and have a non-guilty conscience. This is something you need to do on your own you can’t receive it from someone else. This anointing that was God himself, was once reserved only for kings, priests, and prophets of Israel in the Old Testament. It is now for
everyone who believes in the Lord Jesus Christ, it is not for an exclusive group of leaders. What was on the outside as a physical symbol is now a reality on the inside because of the New covenant. This anointing is our seal (Eph. 1), being “in Christ” makes us all
anointed. There are not some anointed and others not. The Bible says God will give the Holy Spirit to those who ask (in other words those who want to do His will and be in service to Him He will continually fill). He did not say go to this preacher or that one to receive it.
Biblically we find Paul was anointed in prison just as he was when he was free. Jesus was just as anointed suffering on the cross as when he walked in His ministry.

The problem with most churches are confusing believers have drifted people from faith of God to the faith of Man.People are now traveling to  other countries in search of anointing.lam not against people to travel to other countries to meet other Men of God ,what lam trying to emphasize is this you have it in you  which you are thinking you don’t
have ,when you are healed know that Jesus is the healer. The day you received Jesus ,God deposited the same power which raised Jesus from the dead John 8:32 “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Not the anointing in and of itself but God’s Word when we live by it. This is directly linked to Jesus saying, “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed” (John 8:36). Heb 2:14-15 “Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.” We receive the “anointing” when we are born again, we are then told we are new creatures. We may not always act like this but we now have the ability to walk in freedom,2 Cor. 5:17 “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old thingshave passed away; behold, all things have become new,”Rom. 8:2-4 “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. There was a pastor who one day heard that there is another man of God called apostle and this pastor said l want to be called that also and he called himself apostle, then heard another man of God saying l am a prophet and he said I want to be called that also and he called himself a prophet. Then one he met another servant of the lord who is an evangelist and he called himself that also and he came across two men who one was a church elder and the other a deacon and he said I want to be called those also,at the end of the day when he was asked who he was,he said l am an apostolic prophetic evangelistic elderly deaconed pastor. You have to know that God is not impressed by our title.God want you to have a loving servant hood heart towards his people.People are badly hurting in church and they are not looking for titles but they need solutions.People are looking for solutions not titles.Dont complicate the gospel. We have congregates who now rebellious ,who can’t submit to the authority of the church. The Body Of Christ is not united. Most churches are no longer doing the great commission but have turned into enterprises. The Church have to lead by example. Its good to see pastors and all people rich because gold and silver belongs to God.The Church should demonstrate the life of God to the World so people could run for refuge. Some pastors can’t see  each other eye to eye.The
Churches are now competing for congregants. As a Body of Christ l we still holding
to the core values of the gospel of our Lord Jesus. The core values are     love, unity, peace, giving, reach to the hurt and bring comfort .The spirit of jealous ,fear and envy have crippled the church. Some pastors preach bad about other pastors. The Bible tells
us that the work is plenty but labourers are few and now  few laborers are now fighting each other. In some churches rich congregants make friends among themselves, poor congregants make friends among themselves  ,learned congregants among themselves .The
devil have taken chance of the division because as church we  have allowed the world to subdue us instead of of us to subdue it.Fear of the Lord its no longer in the Body of Christ, lam not judgmental some shepherds have became hyenas to his  congregants sleeping around with female congregants.Men and Women of God  you represent the throne of God ,God is love and you should demonstrate love to all congregants .In other churches only rich congregates have access to the so called man of God.Some pastors have several rings in their fingers and the power of doing miracles will be hidden in those rings and while others travel to other nations to import powers to do miracles. The power is freely given if you receive Jesus
and believe in the Power in His Name.lam not saying its bad to visit other churches  which believes in Jesus outside the country but some ending  up visiting Spiritualist in other countries to get powers to start/attract people to his  church.Lets honor and give rightful glory to Almighty God so the church can be rightful  Voice Of God in our nations. Some pastors have build empires from the congregants tithes ,pledges and offerings not channeling it rightful to further the Kingdom Of God.lam not saying pastors should not be rich but lets use kingdom money wisely not enriching ourselves . lets see the fruits through giving back to the community (Charity). Its good for pastors to be rich in the rightful way.Church have been turned into enterprises ,only money is speaking other ministries to access the so called man of God.l also encourage church members to feed and bless their man of God ,but let it guided by the right motive of God.The elders of Church your role is to shepherd your pastor. The Men of God have to be also humble and also members have to honor and respect there man of God not to worship him.

Psalm 133 ,Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity!
2 It is like the precious oil upon the head,Running down on the beard, The beard of Aaron,Running down on the edge of his garments.3 It is like the dew of Hermon,Descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the Lord commanded the blessing—Life forevermore.Lets go back to basics of the gospel of our Lord.First its love

Have the right motive towards Prosperity

I am convinced   that the almighty God, created us to be a leading success. Most of us look up admire stars and the champion climbs a mountain and grabs one. Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice, it is not a thing to be waited for and it is a thing to be achieved. To accomplish great things ,we must not only act ,but also dream ,not only plan ,but also believe .You can often measure a person by the size of his/her dream. All people dream, not equally .Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their mind wake up in the morning to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous   people, for they dream their dreams with open eyes and make them come true. A mind troubled by doubt cannot focus on the course to victory.

To many people, there is an ongoing conflict within their souls, as to whether or not they should aspire to be prosperous .Never feel guilt about striving or planning to be successful and prosperous. It God’s plan that you be successful and prosperous. We are suppose d to bless our future generations as the bible says a good father should leave an inheritance to his children childrens.  Prosperity is a spiritual blessing. Poverty is a not a sin but accepting poverty it’s a sin. Poverty sometimes causes someone to sin. Our prisons are overpopulated today  because of poverty pushing  a good person “ over the Brink’’ to do bad things to escape poverty or a certain economic level .Poverty contributes to medical problems through stress ,worry ,taking too much alcohol ,take drugs, commit suicide, steal or even commit murder. Don’t be dutifully  bound to the poverty slavery of the past .Don’t  ever settle  for  poverty  mediocre lifestyle .That is not God’s will no matter  what your grandparents  told you about the family history of not prospering. In the Bible God trusted man to be his watchmen over his inheritance. There are principles which need to be followed ,a fish was born with agility to swim  and will never go to swimming lessons and same to birds they are born with ability to fly they will never enroll for flying lessons. You must destroy your myth of the past that poverty is the Christian way. It is not because in the bible  tells that  God has redeemed us  from the law  of the curse and he took our poverty  for us to become rich. Prosperity thinking should be not being separate from daily lifestyle. There are many barriers that keep you from  money and prosperity. Your friends, relatives, well-meaning Christians will try to keep you to achieve that dream.  Set your eyes off your current situation and believe in God for your business and believe your dream.

The first step towards financial independence comes when you are totally disgusted with the present financial condition. Never be a slave /servant to poverty and settle for anything less than God’s best for your life. You must believe there is a way out of your situation .Despair and discouragements are deathly to financial independence.  A proper attitude, as well as unity in resolve and commitment will help to achieve prosperity. The key to success and prosperity is to obey God with the money that you do have .You must know that God is your source of money, know that God already owns everything and God should be first. God have given you authority over money. If your heart is pure and your motivation for money is the same as God’s motivation, then money is not wrong. The love of money is wrong, when you made god over money .Develop a ‘’friendly attitude” towards money. Being poor is only a frame of mind. There is absolutely nothing wrong with money. It is a God given medium of exchange.

The attitude and thoughts will make the difference .Through positive attitude towards ,you will cause money to be your servant instead of you becoming slave to poverty. If you continually say ,’l can’t afford that’/ if you boast of your sad financial condition ,then you  remain poor .Change your attitude, change the way you think ,change  your say. Think prosperity thoughts and begin to take authority over your finances .In the Bible proverbs 23vs 7 it says,” For as he thinks so is he.”  Your past is your teacher and your tomorrow is your opportunity. Begin to plan for your soon coming money and prosperity. Start right to make a plan  for success  and not failure. Write out your desires in a plan ,constantly examine that plan .lmagine in your mind that those desires  and plans are fulfilled  and constantly affirm the perfect  fulfillment .Do more research  on your market  and come up with a strategical plan .You need to take a bold step to approach those who have succeeded  and where once in its same place of capital challenges. Ask them questions, read their stories. Develop a self- confidence ,be willing to take a risk, have the right attitude, do something different and change what you are doing. Equip yourself with new skills and have radical renewed mind-set driven by passion to  your dream. You have a brilliant idea ,why can’t you turn it unto money. We have a lot of abundance of resources .Be creactivity  and it is the key to prosperity. Ideas are solution to problems and need eg cars ,computers etc are results of ideas.

light is shifting towards Africa.

Last year,Kenyan Anthony Mutua’s invented ‘shoe charger for mobile
phones caught the attention of the world. Seeking to tackle the low
battery problem that all cellphone users face, Kenya-based Mutua, the
founder of Hatua Technologies, set out to create a cheap solution for
this problem. He came up with the idea of charging phones using
specially designed shoes with microchips that produce electricity
while walking. He believes his innovation doesn’t only solve low
battery cellphone users face, but also contributes towards reducing
environmental pollution. In 2012 three teenage girls in Nigeria have
stunned the world by launching an indigenous gadget which produces
live electricity using human urine. This came when teenager Adebola
Duro-Aina read a story online in July 2012 about nine members of a
family dying from a generator’s carbon monoxide fumes, she says she
thought about what she could do to provide a safer alternative source
of energy. When the next academic year began in September 2012, Adebola
enlisted three friends – Oluwatoyin Faleke, Eniola Bello and Abiola
Akindele, all students between 14 and 15 years old in her science
class – to help her find a solution to the problem. The team decided to
design a generator that ran off an alternative fuel that wouldn’t harm
users, and so began the tale of how four teenage girls in Nigeria
invented a urine-powered generator to create better – and safer –
access to electricity. It is believed one liter of urine can power the
generator for six hours..Kwadwo Safo was born in 1948. He is a
Ghanaian inventor and the father of Ghana’s first home made cars. In
1971, hefounded the Kristo Asafo Church which has since then
fundamentally contributed in developing and promoting science and
technology of local origin in Ghana. In 1998, he manufactured the
Kantanka Saloon
car. In 2006, the Kantanka Onantefo I (4×4) was manufactured and an
improved model was produced in June 2007 called Kantanka Onantefo II
(4×4). On December 30, 2007, the Kantanka Obrempon (a black
4x4limousine), which is 26 meters long, and a yellow excavator with
caterpillar tracks were exhibited as well.Richard Turere is a young Maasai man who lives in the wilderness of the Kenya savanna, on the edge of a national park full
of rhino, giraffe, buffalo and lions. Since he was 9, Richard has held
the honored chore of tending his father’s cattle; in his free time, he
tinkered with electrical gadgets. After dismantling the few
household appliances, Richard taught himself how to fix them, and then
he started inventing. He fit his parents’ home with fans made from car
parts and other junkyard components harvested from junkyards, then
built other inventions for his neighbors. Now 13, he is renowned for
inventing “lion lights,” a fence made of basic pieces (solar charging
cells, flashlight parts), which quickly and effectively scares lions
away from his father’s cattle. When finding a steady source of potable
water is challenge enough in the developing world, who has the time —
or water — to take a shower? One South African student may have the
answer with his unique, water-less shower gel — that he invented on
his dumb phone. DryBath, as the gel is called, was developed by
22-year-old university student Ludwick Marishane in response to the
rankness of a friend. Rubbed onto the skin, like Purell, the gel kills
bacteria, moisturises the skin and, unlike Dettol, leaves a fresh
scent, according to Marishane’s company website, Headboy Industries.
One packet — priced at $US0.50 for rural communities, $US1.50 for
corporate types — is enough to wash the entire body and kill 99.9 per
cent of germs, which should cut down on the disease rate in rural
areas onset by by poor hygiene. Marishane also sees the technology
being adopted by militaries, hotels, and even airlines. What’s really
amazing is that Marishane brought the product to market using only his
feature phone. From the initial research to building his business plan
to developing the patented blend of biocide, bioflavonoids and
moisturisers, he did it all without a computer. The concept of ecocash
, Econet literally went to Kenya, lifted up the M-PESA concept as is
and came to implement it in Zimbabwe. They didn’t have to go through
the same learning experiences that Safaricom, who broke the new mobile
money ground, had to go through. And it wasn’t just Kenya that had
implemented mobile money transfer; there were a number of case studies
to learn from on the continent as well.Turning an idea into software
with customers is something else entirely. The idea of e-cash transfer
on mobile phones is far older than 2003. It was being discussed on the
e-gold list back in 1998. MPESA was the first implementation of that
idea – on phones.Nyagaka Anyona Ouko, a Kenyan from Nairobi, claims he
is the innovator of M-Pesa and claims that Vodafone and its
representatives stole the idea of Mobile Cash Transfer from him. There
are also believes that it is British Paul Makin, former M-Pesa
architect and professional in the UK banking came up with the concept
and architecture. On the question of why they settled on the name
M-Pesa, perhaps the only Kenyan aspect of the innovation, Makin said:
“We talked as a team in a Nairobi bar. Came up with it, asked the
batman (sic). He liked it, so it stuck.” If you have an idea, spend
your energy on building it, not patenting it. Patents are nearly
worthless.

l encourage African governments and corporate firms to set up
Innovation Hubs.We should not procastinate and wait for Foreign
Institutions to establish their own innovation hubs .There expertise
and input is highly recommended yet this should take place when we
have established our own platforms at grassroots levels. lam trying to
emphasize that we should have passion on this before helpers from
International community comes in with there expertise and
inputs.Royal Philips has its Africa Innovation Hub in Nairobi, Kenya,
which underlines the company’s commitment to invest in Africa. The
Philips Africa Innovation Hub will work both on the creation of new
inventions, as well as bringing these inventions to the market. The
Philips Africa Innovation Hub will be located at the Philips East
African Headquarters in Nairobi, where African talents and
international researchers will operate on the concept of “open
innovation” and will work in close collaboration with the R&D
ecosystem of Kenya and Africa. Philips is in discussions with local
organizations and Universities on R&D collaborations to co-create
meaningful solutions for Africa. In technology, talent is the
electricity that powers the whole system. Tech Hubs act as a space
that allow talented people, usually young, or at least the young at
heart, to come together and develop technology based products and
services. So these people can be programmers, designers, scientists or
anyone with a product or business idea that is the next big thing.
Ultimately it’s about talent. Probably the most successful hub or
program it the one run by MEST in Ghana (Meltwater Entrepreneurial
School of Technology) that has given rise to products such as Saya
Mobile and Dropify that have gained some traction in the market place.
Saya Mobile is a messaging app similar to MXit/Whatsapp. A Techcrunch
post indicates that Saya Mobile had 400,000 users.
